What Do We Do: Meeting Facilitation, Coaching, and Strategic Planning
Mission: To produce sustainable strategies that foster meaningful partnerships across diverse social landscapes by exploring opportunities resulting in a thriving environment.
Goal: Develop coalitions and leaders who can spur social and economic vitality, based on creating access to resources across the public and private sector which create strategic initiatives, social commerce and cultural enrichment.
Planned social change increasingly influences all levels of society from families to corporations. It is a key ingredient internally and externally for communities in urban, rural and suburban settings. The process of social and cultural change is a development path which does not follow a single pattern. Specific forms of institutions which emerge, the relations between sociodemographic characteristics and modernization, will not be the same in different environments or across different parts of society.
While conflict and consensus paradigms provide a model to address different layers of issues, a more comprehensive insight to the people their characteristics and their environment, allows for long lasting change that is meaningful and enduring.

Understanding social change is important to because many issues, such as the success or failure of political systems, globalization, democratization, development and economic growth, are all rooted in this basic idea of social change.
